Moving on to barre chords may seem hard but once you break it down you'll have no problem. Basically your using your Emajor/minor/7th/Minor7th also with the Amajor/minor/7th/Minor7th shapes and repacing the nut by barring the strings with your finger.
You'll see what I mean when you see the chord charts. These chords are shapes you can basically move anywhere all over the fretbored and are the most important ones you'll ever use in your life, especially in rock baesed music.
Just remeber that you'll see the same chord name repeated based on the root note(first note in the chord) this is what gives the chord it's name. For example you E chords first note is E (open 6-E string).
Barre chords that have the root note on the 6th string are call root 6 barre chords and chords that have their root note on the 5th string are called root 5 chords.
