Wintersun slays Ensiferum as far as Im concerned, but Ensiferum has some kickass tunes(Goblin Dance, Battle Song, Sword Chant, Slayer of Light). That guy from Norther kinda sucks compared to Jari so I havent really heard anything post-Jari.

I never really listened to them before. I just downloaded Warrior's Quest and I really like it. Petri's vocals are surprisingly good, and not Alexi rip off-ish (which are great for Norther, but it's nice that he's trying something different). I'll listen to more stuff and see how I feel about that.

at some stages his vocals and guitar riffs havent really changed much from norther to ensiferum, and it just sounds like a norther song, only ****ing better hehe

I only really enjoy Wander and Deathbringer from the sky, because markus and sami really show their stuff :D ****ing petri can goto hell - Though I do admit I havent had the time to really listen to the rest of the album

I do mean to judge cause I think its asking way too much of someone to fill the shoes of such a unique and creative musican, not to mention fantastic guitarist. Hopefully, Jari will find some time to reunite with Ensiferum and bring them back to the glory days. VICTORIOOOOOOOOOUS!

I don't get why everyone is saying Petri doesn't belong in Ensiferum. Sure, it was better with Jari, but Petri has done a damn good job on the new album. He's not as good a guitarist as Jari but most people arn't. Geez give Petri a chance. No one else could do any better
