Is there a way to get my MP3's back?

Yesterday my computer system crash, so I had to wipe the drive. The entire drive, including all of my original material from my Audacity and ACID programs. The MP3's I uploaded onto this site are the only things I have left from my original recordings. Is there any way I can rip the MP3's from the site or have someone email me my MP3's?

record "what you hear" i think its an option in audacity. Thats how i get band's music from myspace and ****....
