I was thinking about getting my girlfriend a spa treatment for christmas, and they charge per minute for the massage, I was wondering how long would a nice massage be (minimum of 15 minutes)... I kinda think anything over 30 would just feel a bit old/annoying/repetitive but i could be wrong, i've never gotten a massage.. How long would a massage be effective/enjoyable? price isn't a problem, i just don't want to pay for something that won't be worth it..

Any ideas, Pit?

Depends on how long the person doing the massage can last.

However long it takes before the customer brings up the topic of "special treatment".

I'd say 45 or 60 minutes. I know I'd want an hour long massage.

/yeah, very helpful.I just don't want to pay for an hour if it relaxes the muscles (or whatever massages do) for about 30 minutes or so.. Know what i mean?

I prefer 45-60 minutes, but really I could be done in 5.
