I'd have to say In Through The Out Door by Led Zeppelin.
No hate to the album, but imo the other albums were far better

AAAAaaannd, go.

death magnetic. yes metallica has worse albums. and yes, i love unforgiven iii and day that never comes. but the album is basicaly" our last 3 albums were garbage, we better come up with something semi metally so we can retire without our faces in our bag".

This shouldn't be in the classic rock forums, unless you are specifically targeting classic rock.

Anyway, classic rock aside, Wolves in Wolves Clothing is my least favorite NOFX album. It is too different from their old stuff, which I personally don't like. Don't get me wrong, it isn't bad, it just isn't great.

^^^ This man speaks the truth. Also my least favorite album by my all-time favorite band, Metallica.

EDIT: Directed at the second post.

Voyage 34 - porcupine tree
yes i know it's a concept album but it seems a little directionless at times - that and the fact it seems to shamelessly rip off another brick in the wall for vast sections

I'd have to say Muse's Showbiz album was pretty dissapointing.

Preach. I avoided saying this because of the h4rdc0r3 fans who would bite your head off for saying it but outside of Sunburn, Muscle Museum, and Cave (and maybe Unintended when I'm feeling sappy) it was immature.

Im actually not a huge fan of hendrix's Electric Ladyland. Sure it had some great tracks and was overall a pretty good album, but I just feel that his other work was much better.

Well with my favorite band being dragonforce, this is a tough one. But i have to go with their first album, "Valley of the damned" as my least favorite. That's so painful to say, because it is a great one.

Did it ever once occur to you that by creating this thread in the classic rock forum, the user intended for it to target classic rock?

In terms of classic rock, Pink Floyd - A Momentary Lapse of Reason is far and away my least favorite album by my favorite band. Outside of classic rock, that title goes to Lions by the Black Crowes.

I'd agree with that, in a big way.

Hot Space by Queen was a disaster other than Under Pressure.

Well I think it is pretty damn pointless to limit it to just classic rock.

I agree with AMLOR aswell, to me it's equally as bad as the Division Bell

AC/DC's Blow Up Your Video!!

Ugh!!! There's some good tracks on there, but it's just overall below average, badly produced, and some songs are just too slow to have a good impact.

Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness ftw

 SD is my favorite album by them, i prefer it over Mellon Collie. They are both filled with great tracks, but I feel that SD is still the better album even though its shorter.

I can't say just one favorite so Ill do three of my favorites.

For Bowie i'll say Lets Dance. It was a big selling record for him, but I was never a fan of that era of his career.

Soundgarden i'd say without a doubt Louder Than Love. Its just nowhere near as good as BMF, SU, or DOTU. Ultramega OK even has it beat.

The Offspring id say Splinter. I was really disappointed by that album when I got it.

EDIT: I just noticed that the first one was really the only one that was classic rock. Uh I guess ive never been too big on Rush's Presto, its the least favorite ive heard by them but i havent heard all the Rush albums yet.

Clapton- Back Home... I mean really. I know he's still a great artist, just look at his new album with J.J. Cale. But this was just really mediocre.

It's Hard- The Who... at least Eminence Front is a great song.

Well, my favourite band is the Beatles. That being said, I can't really decide out of anything pre-Rubber Soul (though Help! was alright).

Probably one of the first few.

This. It's not a terrible album, but really, Pink Floyd's other stuff was superior imo.
