I dont listen to many foreign bands but I think SEVEN (a korean band) is a really cool. The guy who sings is so pretty and has a great voice. I have no idea what he's saying but I think he can sing about something really silly and still sound great hehe.

well... if i count UK (i live in US) then i'd have to say Bullet For My Valentine and Funeral For A Friend (oddly enough both Welsh xD)

if i don't count other english speaking countries... probably JAUNES! (he's colombian)

well I'm from the US but a lot of the music I listen to is from the UK, like Bloc Party, Muse, Radiohead, This Town Needs Guns ... and my favourite band ever is U2 [from Ireland obviously]. Don't listen to music in other languages so often; I really should more. I do love Sigur Ros, but so do all of you apparently :D I used to listen to a lot of j-rock back when I was into anime...

Basically any Progressive, Death, Viking or Folk Metal band from the Scandanavian Countries. Example: Vintersorg, Enslaved (I think) and Bathory. I also love Alestorm, the "True Scottish Pirate Metal" band. But yeah...

Considering I live in the US and I'm an extreme metal fan, I'd say about three-quarters of the music I listen to is from bands in other countries. But the tops of the list are Arch Enemy, Electric Wizard, and Candlemass, at least lately.
