CCR is generally associated with the genre of swamp rock, but who else is there in the genre? I love the sound of it and i would like to find more bands with the same sound out there.

Yeah i like swamp rock too, only thing i remember aside from CCR is John Fogerty and he was a part of CCR. I've also listened to some of my uncles tapes and records, can't pin point who but i remember him telling me that this was swamp rock.

lynyrd skynyrd?? um.... I've never heard it called swamp rock though, usually just southern rock, but I guess your going for more specific stuff

CCR pretty much had this style covered.
