There's a lot of bands that have the high and low screams, but mostly done by one vocalist; I don't know if you're looking for that or not. If you are try almost Deathcore band.

Why would you prefer they be done by two different vocalists? What if we just listed a band that had a vocalist that does both and TOLD you it has two different vocalists? Because that would open up a LOT more suggestions.

TBDM's vocalist Trevor goes form a low bark to high screams effortlessly. :)

The bassist does some of the backup vocals live, he doesn't do all the highs or all the lows. Jake is definitely the sole vocalist.

The Number Twelve Looks Like You, up until Worse Than Alone.
They dropped a guitarist for Worse Than Alone, the singer left after the album was done.

He's also only got like, three distinct parts on the album, and that's about it.

Particularly 1:53, If you're into poppier stuff. Its got some good opportunities if you wanna tag team on cleans too. And some stuff where one is clean and one is screamed. Personally, i <3 the song

not sure if this is the type your looking for but they havent been mentioned in this thread at all. they use 2 singers, one does high pitched screaming and the other uses a more of a cleaner 'in-your-face" style. they also use the 'group yell' when everybody shouts into the mic at once. excellent mix of the 3 styles in my opinion.

Check out The Number Twelve Looks Like You. The EP An Inch Of Gold For An Inch Of Time has some rougher sound quality than most of the newer stuff but the vocalists own on those five songs. And the My Sharona cover is pretty sweet.

I wouldn't really say they belong in the hardcore section, but The Blood Brothers. Their last two albums don't really focus on the screaming as much. But any album from Burn Piano Island Burn to anything before that has alot of chaotic screaming.

To a certain extent, The Fall of Troy. They both sorta sound the same so I dunno. But on their new album and on Phantom on the Horizon it's more obvious since they have a new bassist who has more of a...growl scream? (dear god I don't know these terms)

Killswitch Engage? I don't listen to them alot but I've seen them in live videos and I noticed that one of the guitarist does scream vocals.

And, Bullet for My Valentine. Like The Fall of Troy sometimes it's hard to tell the difference. But they switch off alot I believe.
