Subscribing To Tabs/Reviews/News

I've been trying to get my profile completeness higher and I seem to be stuck on the subscriptions section that says "Subscribe to Tabs/Reviews/News" Please Help,because it doesn't seem near as simple as subscribing to blogs.

at the bottom right of a news article theres a drop down option for subscribing

It still didn't work for the profile completeness.
