Hi guys, i have spent some money for a home recording stuff.
i got:
1) M-Audio Fast Track Pro
3) Shure SM57
4) Mic Stand
4) Professional 10M XLR Cable
BUT i have a problem with Fast Track Pro.
The output level (gain) of the SM57 is very very low.
I have turn the nob to a 100% to hear anything and even then
the red light starts flashing as it is overloaded.
I have read today that Fast Track Pro has that low gain channels
for mic's. Is that true? if it is then it was a waste of money as why would
you need a pre-amp usb interface if it can not get your mic at a good volume level.
Please, anyone who is using M-Audio Fast Track Pro - Help. i hate to waste money that i have saved for so long :(
Thanks!
