I don't think they do two-stepping in the Indy Racing League (lame, but I couldn't resist)

Anyway, just search for it on youtube

maybe if those two things were done at the same time it would make sense.

EDIT:I heard on the west coast people are all about circle pitting, around here every goes side to side

Side to side rules and is probably the most popular thing in my scene (and rightfully so). There are some circle pits but for the most part Edmonton bands are becoming to sludgy or too fast for them to really be appropriate.

Side to side is the big deal here too, Jim from Champion was most pissed when no-one would circle pit when he asked for it.

someone explain side to side to me. i've probably seen it, just never heard the term around here. is it like the hunched power walk thing?

handbanana
10-15-2009, 07:44 PM
i mean you can go side to side and do different things, it mainly consists of mosh walking into the crowd on the said, bouncing off them and doing that back to the other side and so forth

The only decent circle pit I've seen in Baltimore recently was during Every Time I Die haha. Like everyone else said, side to side is the big thing here.

Side to sides are fun, I always feel a bit goofie doing them though. Is there a proper way to side to side? Or do you just gorilla walk the way you please?

No wonder bands like touring Aus so much. Kids get into it 10x more 'cause they know they're not going to see the band ever again.

TS, just act like you are trying to trip yourself over, but do it in time with the song.

Yes I am a poser because I don't think your little dance is cool. Have fun embarassing yourself. Also, I could pick apart every worthless excuse for music you have listed on your profile but I am not gonna waste my time.
