You really need to move away from the 8th strumming rhythms. I think that's why your other piece (Project 23 i think) was very awesome. Just hearing a flurry of 8th's for the entire song starts to annoy me a bit.

Bar 40: i think you SHOULD use 8th notes for the A power chord (I'm serious though :P)

Everything else is fine sound wise but I didn't like it that much :\
