Mods and sMods don't have the tools to do that. Only Admins do.

Unless you have a valid reason why your username should be changed, they won't bother.
They'll wanna know why, then ... maybe. (really, don't get your hopes up)
Got tired of the old name / thought of something I like better, is not a valid reason.
