There are loads of songs in my profile, I've been SINGING for 3 months now, I was a screamer in my old band but I'm not into that music anymore so I tried singing.

So since I was I do have a very crackly voice and I'm getting better at stoping that but advice on helping that would be great.

And advice in general.

You're picking stuff that seems to be pretty well in your range. That's good. A mistake that many, of not most singers make is to overextend themselves with respect to what they can actually sing.

You're singing right from your throat. The result is a very tight, pinched kind of sound that lacks resonance and will certainly lack projection.

You need to open your throat up. Try yawning. Feel that? Keep your throat there. NOW sing.
