Title saids it all.
Obviously none of these are going to be extremely ridiculously great, but what are some of the better ones in this price range, relatively of course.

You can download Reaper if you want. It has a 30 day free trial but after the trial expires you can still use it without restrictions.

Even if you decide to buy a license for it its well under $200.

save up some extra cash for a good one. it's worth waiting a bit longer.

I mean interfaces like say, Mbox or Presonus, not DAW's :p: . Thanks though!

And yeah, this is temporary. So I'm really just looking for something that'll get me from point A to point B and sounds better than line-in.

Toneport GX is decent if you want to record guitars/vocals one at a time.

Of course, I'm mainly saying that because I'm selling it. cough in my sig cough

The M-Audio Fast Tract MKII isnt a bad unit for your price range and what your looking for. its fairly simple though, it only has two inputs, one XLR and one 1/4" so no midi or anything.

Line 6 Pod studio GX or Pod Studio UX1 are one of the best value for money interfaces.
