Well I'm guessing you probably just want to take the guitar out of a song. If you do just search backing tracks on google. Here is a good site
http://www.guitarbackingtrack.com/

But other than that I think its almost impossible to take drums and bass out of songs. But I might be wrong so don't listen to me.

It's extremely hard to remove an instrument from a full mix without effecting the other tracks. I don't know of any programs myself.

BTW, don't cut off a question in your subject line. Put something useful there to get better help.

can't be done, there are techniques that will remove everything that's panned dead center, or you could try EQing the instruments out, but once somethings mixed you can't take a copy of the finished mix and unmix it.

For The Beatles Rockband game (I think), they accomplished it, apparently. It was really quite hard though, and not something just anyone could do though. There were lots of algorithms and stuss, I don't know how exactly it was done. I read an article on here somewhere about it though.

As for the guys question, realistically, you won't get great results.

Some songs work quite well if you just want an instrumental/acapella for example, but I find that the more complex a mix is on song (How much layering, where things are panned, and such), the harder it is to filter vocals out.
