I wonder if it is the same as the 6505+ pin cable? I got mine from MF canada and only cost me 20$, otherwise it would have been like 50$ plus from Peavey direct. Actually got it through amazon I do beleive, and it is called a DIN cable, not sure if mine was 7 or 8 though, I can get back to you tomorrow.

Peavey stocks them, they just dont show them on their site(dont know why). You need to directly contact them by email.

6505+ head footswitch (3 button footswitch) is a 7pin and should work for you.

plenty of replacement footswitches available for the 5150/6505....try google, ebay, etc.

the replacement ones from companies like switch doctor will be a lot better than the peavey one anyway.

Peavey basically has every part you need to build any of their amplifiers, right down to the resistors and capacitors, but they don't list most of it on their site. I can get a replacement preamp tube circuit loaded with the components for the 6505+, but it would cost me $400. So don't think you can build your own 5150 for cheaper than you can buy one.

I love the footswitch cord to the 5150II's footswitch. Nice and thick, with plenty of length (giggity) which is helpful when you don't want to be right up next to your amp.
