Just a few questions with the avatars

How do you put up/load an avatar? I have a home page pic, but it doesn't show up when i post on threads, thus i'd assume it's not an avatar.

Secondly, where do you find avatars? Downloads, websites etc etc

Thirdly, what aresome good ways to make avatars? Any specific sizes?

When youre in a forum window, at the top left of the page under the UG logo, you'll see control panel. That has all the profile customisation for forum profiles.
