Are an incredible Synth/Dance/Pop/Dance Indie band, really really great for it's genre. If You listen to anything along the lines of Pretty Girls Make Graves, Euromotion, New Order, Casiotone for the Painfully Alone, Tilly and the Wall, The Blow, etc. Definetely check them out.

mp3's ! (http://www.rabidrecords.com/theknife/music.html)

They're alright, but I've never really got into them. I think the first time I heard them I was just put off when I saw they were another band that wore masks. Haven't bothered listening to them since.

Well, I suggest checking them out, they're definetely a good listen.

I don't want to make a new thread, 'cause I just made one, but everyone who's into campy/synth/dance/pop/indie-ish stuff should most definetely check out 'Euromotion', the band.

The tour dates are hilarious, check it out if only for that, you'll see what I mean. :)

so, i thought that a little less than a year later warrented a bump, seeing as how they seem to be getting popular, finally.

I've only heard Heartbeats, and that's because Jose Gonzalez did it. And I prefer his version anyway. :p:
I'm not into the whole synth, dancey stuff.

Meh, nothing special. I heard most of their album at the radio station I work at, and it's by no-means horrible, but it doesn't seem too exciting to me.

Word. It'll be quite a task to better Silent Shout though.

I have Deep Cuts, and I must say, it's pretty great! They're definitely worth a listen if you're into the synth dancey type stuff.

I have their 'Silent Shout' album (I think that's what it's called, I've not listened to it for a while :haha).

We Share Our Mother's Health and One Hit are great tracks imo, but the rest isn't really anything to write home about.

But I do of course like Heartbeats too.

The Knife is effing tasty. Need new stuff, I got the deluxe version of Silent Shout, the live DVD is pretty damn cool, don't really like the live version of Heartbeats :(
