You guys sure dont know the good guys:

The five GREATEST guitarists EVER!:

1)David Gilmour (just listen to Comfortably Numb live and Marooned and tell me that im wrong! Its impossible!)
2)Jeff Beck
3)Eric Clapton
4)Stevie Ray Vaughn (hope i spelled correctly)
5)Brian May or Alex Leifston or Hendrix

sure is hard to just pick 5. BTW get shredders like Dimebag and Zakk Wylde off the list! Playing really fast to impress retards doesn't mean you're the greatest guitarist ever!

He's not overrated. He just writes good music. And simple solos doesn't automatically mean they suck. You dont have to shred either. Jimmy Page innovated most famous guitarist who still play today. I'll have you know your top is one of them.
