Sounds good, very Modern Metalish.

Get a catchy bass line in there now.

It has a pretty good groove going. At first I thought the intro was a bit boring but after a few listens it catches on - those last few notes of the intro really get your attention. I guess you have a simple thing going on - power chords - modern rock/metal, which isn't a bad thing because you have a good base going. The only thing I'd suggest with that first solo - it winds up to much and then to nothing, you know what I mean? First you have a thing going with it and then....it cools off and you're waiting for something to happen. You should add more rests to the solos as well as some longer bends. Yeah, it needs more fills in between the verses, intros and solos IMO - something simple whether it be just some notes from E Minor on the acoustic or a a quick power chord progression in a bar or two. Anyways, good job with it - the solos just need a little more zest.
