Okay well I just got a korg CA-30 Tuner and im a bit confused.

I want to tune down a half step so what would I do exactly? I was able to tune down from E to Eb pretty easy but the other ones dont seem right...

Does it have something to do with the mhz thing?

Thanx in advance

Tune down until the note on the screen matches Eb/D# and so on for all the other strings (it says whatever note is playing in the top right of the screen)

yeah I just didnt want to tune too much and snap the string...

What does the mhz thing do (it goes from 410-480mhz)

You won't snap a string by tuning down.

I think the megahertz (mhz) settings are for fine tuning. I would suggest going the middle of the road on that setting.

Fret the first fret of whichever string you are tuning, tune it down until it reads as it usually would if you strummed it open, E A D G B E, or whatever string you're on.

^Yes...that is correct. So instead of E-A-D-G-B-E as you do in standard tuning, you will have Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb when tuned down a half step (which can also be typed as D#-G#-C#-F#-A#-D#)

And I keep my tuner on 440 mhz.

The hz settings controls what the tuner sees as "concert pitch" (A4 = 440hZ by everyones standards so just use that.....)

Just leave it a 440hz.
