Hey guys, I'm a new user here, been coming to UG for tabs a while but didn't even realize there was forums til a while ago, so here I am. So I'll start off by saying howdy to everyone.
Alright so I generally listen to all kinds of music, punk and metal mostly, some modern rock and rap in there as well. Anyways I'm in a bit of problem lately, I love my punk tunes, but I just have run out of new sounds, I don't know many people who listen to it, so I'm generally stuck trading songs with just one other person. So I decided to come here, see if any of you guys can give me any reccomendations for some new bands. I have a small collection consisting of Bad Religion, Rancid, NOFX, Lars Frederiksen & The Bastards, Bouncing Souls, Gimme Gimmes, Offspring (old and new), Guttermouth, Lagwagon, Rise Against, No Use For a Name, Leftover Crack, AFI, Operation Ivy, Less Than Jake (old and new), Lawrence Arms and a few others. That being said, I should point out I'm not very big into oldschool punk (pre-90s). Other than that my tastes are pretty widespread...Rancid 2000 was awesome, so was Life Won't Wait. Sorry if this is asked all the time or if it's pretty widespread, but any suggestions would do, looking for something new.

Bomb The Music Industy
Arrogant Sons of Bitches
Pietasters
Slackers ***New Album coming soon. Buy it.***

Those are 4 reletively modern (ska) bands. Check them out.

And for punk,
Look into Crass, Zounds, Stiff Little Fingers, and maybe The Circle Jerks (<- Those bands all have different sounds)
If you're looking for more punk, look at New York Dolls' list.

And if you're looking for some Hip-Hop, I'd look into The Roots, Outkast, Immortal Technique and NWA. (<- All of which are on Gmail)
