My favorite songs are:

The Downeaster "Alexa"
The Entertainer
Movin' Out
It's Still Rock & Roll To Me
You May Be Right
Don't Ask Me Why
An Innocent Man
I Go to Extremes
Big Shot
New York State of Mind
You're My Home

(more than a couple but I like alot by him)

I think Summer Highland Falls is one of the most beautiful songs ever written.

You forgot Uptown Girl. I have been obsessed with that tune since I was a child.

i absolutely love In The Middle Of The Night. It's one of my earliest musical memories, along with Elton's Crocodile Rock, McLean's American Pie, and the Beatles' Yesterday.

I haven't heard a lot of him. Only the Good Die Young and Piano Man are each great songs. He was just in town, but I didn't have the cash for tickets. I would have gone in blind on seeing him. It would have been worth it.

The Stranger is an unfairly underrated record, many great songs on it. But my favorite Joel song is Captain Jack off Piano Man, some great lyrics on that track.

I like the overall vibe of Piano Man (the song, haven't heard the album, but hope to soon! :)). That's just a cool song. I don't know if you guys know this (but probably do), but he lied about his last name and worked in a bar as the piano player to get the inspiration to write those lyrics. I thought that was neat when I read it.

He's a good musician. My teacher played one of his songs in class and it was pretty good.

Good musician, terrible driver.

^ What does terrible driver have to do with anything?

I saw him in Atlanta and he still sounds great.

I think he is an incredibly underrated songwriter...I love his lyrics.

And he's one of the Top 5 best selling male artists why don't people ever talk about him? Obviously a lot of people like his music...and he packed Philips Arena when I saw him.

And if you like the piano...listen to "Root Beer Rag"...or just go to YouTube and find my video.

I saw him in Nashville, great show.

I can't wait to see him when he comes to Omaha. It is a duet concert with Elton John.

"A Matter of Trust" has a great riff / hook. "We Didn't Start the Fire" is also classic. Billy should write a new version with all the crap that has happened since he recorded that song.....

I saw him in October 2008 and I thought he put on a really great show. It wasn't the best concert I've ever seen, but he looked like he was having fun. He treated the crowd with a few deep cuts ("Everybody Loves You Now" and "Zanzibar" stick out in my mind) and the closing "Piano Man" was great to see/hear. I recommend seeing him if he comes your way.

My favorites are We Didn't Start the Fire, It's All About Soul, Piano Man, and Don't Ask Me Why.
