This is a BITCH to search for, because it gives you every thread with the words "of" and "the" in them.

However, from what I could see, there wasn't any threads on them. I haven't been listening to much metalcore recently, but I am really pleased with this band.To me it kinda sounds like Despised Icon meets The Red Death. Check em out here www.myspace.com/tteotd

What do people think?

Woah! Not only do they rule, you're from Bristol. ****, I live in Weston and didn't think of anything nearby on UG :)

Bristol = yay. I live in the city centre, about 10 mins walk from the fountains. I go uni here, but im originally from london. Bristol > London for me at the moment though.

But back on topic: The beatdown at 1:07 in Beneath Dying Skies = me coming myself

TTEOTD are calling themselves "melodic death metal with a touch of hardcore." Judging from their music, it's a lot mroe than just a touch. And they're not very melodic death-y, either.

Still like these guys though. Got into them through The Annihilation of Expectation, a split that they did with The Knife Trade (another great band, they're the reason I got the CD).

Autumn Tint of Gold owns. I just got the tracks I was missing from Scars of Ages. The dialogue (from Dogma I think?) is great. Tastefully used, unlike a lot of metalcore bands that just use audio from movies at random intervals.

I love TTEOD. Check out One Dead, Three Wounded (http://www.myspace.com/onedeadthreewounded) or even The Tony Danza Tap Dance Extravaganza ( http://www.myspace.com/tonydanzatapdanceextravaganza ) if you like TTEOD.

TTDTDE (Yes, that would be The Tony Danza Tap Dance Extravaganza) is great, I never really took the time to listen to them. Nice icon btw, I love 100 Demons. My friend's cousin is their drummer, heh.

thanks to the guy who reccomended 1 dead, 3 wounded there awsome. everyone take a look at their my space, like through the eyes of the dead but a bit more melodic.
