I'm pretty sure it's Paul. John's voice is too distinct, and it doesn't really sound like him.

Has any of you ever heard Paul to the old lady in new clothes version. It was on PBS one times. He plays it on the piano and its really slow. I like it better than the original. And Paul sung it originally too, i believe.

yeah, paul
they pretty much always sung their own songs or sections in them that they wrote eg. a day in the life
so lady madonna (which deffinetly sounds like a paul and NOT john song) is deffinetly paul

..Leave him to it.. I want to see if he figures this out.
Paul by the way. It was written by him, intended to be in a sort of Fats Domino style. It doesn't really come off that way, but it's a great song anyway.

Another damn great Beatles song of Paul's, (Get Back from Let it Be is a sort of "sequel" to it). I wonder why someone bothers to start a thread about a song they don't like (?)

yah i sincerely doubt its john. all of them have quite distintive voices (as mentioned earlier). im positive its paul singing lead. although i wouldnt be too suprised if another beatle sang backup.
