Awesome band. They're a grunge band who are 80's rock. Some of you remember the Malfunkshun thread I put up a while ago, this is the band that Andrew Wood was most famous for, after Malfunkshun. It is, what I'd imagine, new guns and roses to sound like. Two members of Mother Love Bone would be future Pearl Jam members.

they kick ass man...wood manages to put emotion into his songs so well...for example, crown of thorns, if you hear the pearl jam version (and this is comin from a huge pj fan), vedder just cant seem to put the same amount of emotion into it...RIP Andrew Wood.

Really? I hear such a Guns and Roses vibe from Mother Love Bone. The track, Come Bite the Apple, Slash riff much?

EDIT: In the video, Wood even does Axl's dance
