I've heard Epi makes pretty decent Hollows, like the Jack Cassidy.
The Ibanez Hollowbody artcore is also pretty decent.

the best and nicest i've seen is the Warwick Infinity LTD
( http://www.warwickbass.com/basses/infinity.html ) ..
but those cost a bomb :p:
if u can pick up a epiphone 335 model bass, they don't make em ne more but u can still find new old stock in some shops.
i was pretty close to buying one one time

There's a teacher at my school who plays bass and he swears by these semi-hollow bodies, I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for but here they are... He at least has a 12-string model and the Indra model from them. Here's the site: Waterstone Guitars (http://www.waterstoneguitars.com/index2.html)
