N00b Question of the Day

Hello, this has been eating at me for the past few days. I might as well get it over with:

I have been here a while now, but I have just realized that I haven't been credited with all the posts I make. I have monitored my post count, and it doesn't show that all the posts I've made have been made. i.e.- I post 5 posts and my post count goes up only 2. If you click on "All posts made by FlyingJew34" it shows I have at least 500.

I know I really shouldn't care about this, but I just want to know why it does this. (God does this thread sound stupid...)

Yea, it sure seems that way doesn't it? My post count says 383, but I know I've posted more than that. I don't know, it's been driving me crazy. I feel stupid for making this thread, but oh well.

Posts in the noob forum and the pit don't count towards your total post count.

wtf? I didn't post that! I haven't even logged on for about 6 months until about 5 days ago. And even then I only went to the pit. I was looking at my profile and i saw that i posted here. I've never even been to this part of the forum. I dont know if it even matters now, but that wasn't me.

your account is your responsibility, it doesn't matter if it was actually you or not. if it wasn't you, i suggest changing your password and interrogating any siblings who may have used your computer to post that.

it is because you dont get post counts for the pit and noob forum due to all the spaming and insults that go flying around in the pit
