She was a good girl
Everyone thought she was cool
Had a lot of friends
Always did well in school

One day she met him
He was a good guy
It was love at first sight
He never made her cry

They always had a good time
A long time they would be together
And their love would ever end
He was always there for her

One night they wanted something different
So they descided to have sex
They both enjoyed it while last
They'd be surprised at what woud happen next

Oh, they were both surpised
So they would be saying
"Hello and goodbye"
Hello my child
Goodbye my old life

So they day finally came
The pain made her cry
He was there to hold her hand
It was a little baby boy

He said he'd be there for her
And they'd live happily
Nothing would split them apart
Together as a family

Chorus x2

Wondrous Anticipation

I've developed a discrepancy in dreams
finding myself in a place where the clouds
swirl into the most genuine smells
of reward, loss, and the difference in the two.

A white trail of rock i sauntered upon with
pillars of marble and statues made of
light grained and coarse colored granite.
A figure stood upon the foremost pillar,
with a leading shape of muscle and form.
He seemed wise, yet weathered, telling me.

"You have a distinct choice in your life
in which the outcome could decree success.
The first, to grow in the shape and mass of the city
to stretch upward and outward, driving
the full capabilities of our mangled, yet human, form.
The latter, to offer less then the capacity you could,
to live a life of constant apprehension instead of
wondrous anticipation. "

I slowly began to stoll away along the masses
of pillars and statues seemingly great in design,
Realizing that, in comparison, I was nothing.
Our results are the best measure of our progress.

Don't vote for yourself cheater

theres nothing illegal about voting for yourself, its just usually frowned upon. If he honestly thinks hes piece is better he can go ahead.

Blue is better, but I'm voting for the red one because...well, I don't know. But blue is better.

broken_bottles, I commend you.
Doing your duty as a citizen of the world to spread absurdity.

You, sir, get a metaphorical golden star.

(But, yeah, blue.)

^Forced rhymes, unoriginality, lack of imagery, etc. Those are reasons I wasn't a fan of it.

Okay, the rhymes were a little forced. Unoriginality, what's song that is written about the same thing. Lack of imagery, you're the god damn f*cking idiot who can't see the imagery.

and i was saying that 90% of the songs in S&L will have at least a lil bit of comparison with yours. and the thirded was to the fact that i cant see the imagery either. Also, the competition is over, so let this run down to the bottom. If you want to continue, take it to pms. Dont try and respond to me here because im done spamming.
