Hi, I need help to find the right amp settings for Metallica.
I need settings for:
Fade to black
Master of puppets
Nothing else matters (Clean and solo)
One (clean)

If you could help me I would be very grateful! :)

I have a Marshall MG 30DFX

Get an amp that sounds half decent and ta da! problem solved.

even if you get the settings it probobly still wont sound right becasue mgs are terrible

Try scooping your mids, turn up bass and treble, turn gain to around 8.5-9. Mess around with contour and see.

But scooping mids in your MG means a more digital sound so..

dude if you scoop you mids and add more bass and treble its gonna sound muddy as hell

the only way you are getting metallica sounds out of a mg is by:
getting your cd player and running it into your amp and playing a metallica cd.
