the new cd is amazing.

sounds nothing like the old stuff.

Well, I disagree, it definitely has a lot of influence from all of their older works.

I think it's really good though. I just wish their guitarist didn't suck. Spencer's vocals on this one sounded Josh Scogin influenced.

it's a lot more heavier from their old cd

The guitar is original, but that doesn't mean it's impressive. (to me at least)

Also, deadhead. You said their old CD. They have 4 old CD's, and 3 of those four cd's are heavier than DFTGL. Have you only heard They're Only Chasing Safety?

There are 4 underoath topics on the first two pages...

Congratulations on making "underoath thread version 51.0"

I don't know why you guys all connect old and new underoath so much. They're two totally different bands, there's only one person (or two?) from before Theyre Only Chasing Safety.

The guitar isn't that bad in the new stuff. I like "In Regards to Myself" guitar part alot.

In Regards To Myself sounds kinda cool on guitar, but anyone who has been playing for a couple of months can play that. I just wish they would get some impressive guitar riffs.
