CHORD trouble

i'm having problems with the B chord :( any one kind enough to give me advice on how to make it easier?

I play it barred:
x24442

if you play distorted, you can put you little finger over the first 4 strings that you actually play x24444. but don't pick the high e string ;) you can't hear any difference.

if you play clean....hm.... I use the middle, pinky und little finger to get the three notes on the 4th fret. because clean, you hear the difference between x24442 and x24444...

OR

you can play the B chord at the 7th fret.
799877 and 799777 for Bm
