Hey.
Check out Mordecai, All Bodies, Alaska, Selkies: The Endless Obsession, and Backwards Marathon. I'm not to familiar with their earlier stuff, but Mordecai is an awesome song.

I like everything of alaska is great, some of the older stuff is fairly bad in terms of quality, but still great in terms of musicianship.

I don't like seeing BTBAM in the hardcore/metalcore forum :( , but then again they don't really fit into anything else...

Anyway:

Selkies: The Endless Obsession
Mordecai
Alaska (The intro will get you into them :) )
The Primer
Aesthetic (I can't believe no one has mentioned this song yet)
Mordecai
All Bodies
Backwards Marathon

ANYTHING BY THE BAND.

All their songs are great; go buy Silent Circus and Alaska. Avoid their cover album.

i think the question is not what songs to listen to but rather, what songs NOT to listen to. in which i reply, there are no songs NOT to listen to.

Alaska is the song everyone will recommend to you, for good reason, but my favorite BTBAM song is Lost Perfection: Anablephobia, its off of The Silent Circus.

I was talking to the guy who started the thread. He asked for some good songs by BTBAM. I was giving him my favorite. I'm sorry if I've repeated something, but I was just giving him a good song to listen to, since he ****ing asked.

When i went to go see them live, they covered Queens "Bicycle Race", it was kinda reggaeish sounding but it was awesome. I believe its on the Anatomy of cd

^^ Correct. Their covers are spot on... But, you need to hear samples before youl isten to.I didn't like most of them because I didn't like the actual songs themselves.

Anyway, I say go buy "Silent Circus". Overall it's better, but Alaska comes VERY close. Alaska has a better varity.

I know, I was just being a dick.

I saw BTBAM last night. Weakest setlist ever. Easily the worst show out of the three times that I have seen them.

Roboturner
Use of a Weapon
Selkies
Backwards Marathon
Bicycle Race
Lost Perfection

I knew the setlist before the show, but I still felt the need to scream Mordecai and/or Aspirations at the top of my lungs in between every song :p: .

For me 2 weeks ago:
Decade of Statues
All Bodies
Fire For A Dry Mouth
Camilla Rhodes
Backwards Marathon
Sun of Nothing
Use of a Weapon
Selkies

Damn, I really wanted to hear bicycle race...I thought it was a damn good setlist, though I really wanted to hear Mordecai or Ad A Dglgmut.

That video is wicked. The harmonized riff at the end always gets me, it's so awesome.

I remember when I first picked up the s/t not knowing any songs off of it. I didn't expect much but it's actually start to finish probably my favourite album by them. SO FAR. Colors can't come fast enough.
