although i have never heard of this kind of wood i assume that it is probably not the best since it is on a cheap guitar.

Supposedly its better than agathis, but not as good as alder or mahogany. Im guessing its like basswood

Well im not from a rich family and i dont have money myself so, im thinking about this guitar since i can get something better than a 10 watt amp that usually come in guitar bundles.

ive played that guitar, it is like basswood but a tiny bit brighter with good sustain an its light an very thin neck an whatnot, its definitly worth more then its price, its a good guitar dont let the price fool ya an i think the tuners are grover?? not sure..

Paulownia wood? Yea that's business talk for "Make it sound long and fancy" other than that i think it's just some scientific name for Crap Wood. Wait a minute................No it's not crap wood cuz Crap Wood is Crappus Maximus Soundlike****oh

It's like basswood, but a little duller, if you want cheap $100 dollar guitars, you should look a www.rondomusic.net they have tons of cheap gutars that are made of alder and whatnot.
