why is it ultimate guitar never posts my tabs even though theyre 100% accurate and better than the one on the site.

One of the common reasons is that there are already highly rated tabs of the same song.

To check the status of your tabs just go to "my account" at the top right, they may not have been accepted/rejected yet.
