Pretty much :p:

Red means Admin = The bosses
Green means Mod = have their designated forum to take care of (delete spam, close threads etc.)
Blue means Super Mod = Same as green, but they can take care of all the forums.
Orange means Column Cleaner = delete spam from the news article comments.

All have warn/ban capabilities.
