happy holidays all....i got a capo for christmas, i know wonderwall. i was wondering a few other songs that use a capo? RHCP - cabron is one as well.

im into music like OAR, ben harper, dispatch if that helps

Free Fallin'- Tom Petty

Hotel California- Eagles

I think it's fun to play songs you already know using a capo. It sounds different.

Lots of Johnny Cash songs are capoed.

I play Snow (Hey Oh) by RHCP with my capo though I've seen John do it without in a few live videos.

To add to the list:

Oasis - Wonderwall (2nd fret)
Beatles - Norwegian Wood (2nd fret)
Beatles - Julia (2nd fret)
Beatles - Here Comes the Sun (7th fret)
James Blunt - You're Beautiful (7th fret)
Beatles - Piggies (5th or 6th fret, I believe)

There's a ton more great songs that require a capo, but I can't think of them all right now. Definatley check out some Beatles tunes though - they have a fair number requiring a capo.

James Blunt - You're Beautiful (7th fret)

I thought that was the 3rd fret but not entirely sure.

America by Razorlight is one used on the 7th fret.

John Wayne Gacy Jr. by Sufjan Stevens, and Float On by Modest Mouse are two good ones that I can think of off the top of my head.
