Can anybody reccomend any good Atmospheric Industrial bands? I've just recently gotten interested in it, and I have no idea where to start. Soo... what's something good to check out?

Aye, Skinny PuppY!

Also, early Einsturzende Neubauten, Laibach, Velvet Acid Christ, and Throbbing Gristle.

Psyclon Nine also mix EBM type music with black metal vocals, which a lot of industrial fans like.

Could you class Joy Division under this banner.

No. Joy Division are post-punk.

Check out Coil for some of the best, their most ambient work would be their soundtrack for The Angelic Conversation. The Nocturnal Emissions commune also has some great ambient stuff aswell as Nurse with Wound.

EDIT: Almost forgot Foetus has some fantastic Ambient stuff, but it's really hard to get into if you are casual about it.
