I thought it sounded pretty good except for the acoustic guitar
I listened to it once the way you wrote it, and it sounded ok, then I listened to it again with the acoustic guitar muted and i loved it
I would say shorten the acoustic intro and then take the acoustic guitar out whenever the other guitars come in and it would be really sweet

This is reallllly good, I agree with Scorpion618 though. It sounds way better without the acoustic guitar. Keep it up, I love this song.
