Thougts:

Make the Clean Guitar a Jazz Guitar...
In the verse I would have made each note have 2 bars...
Repeat 81-82 and make it play twice before going back into the verse. Then on the first time, make 82 two half notes, One being D the other B..

Other than that... it's pretty perfect... C4C?
