Erm, yes I realise that there's no way they'd be selling real Gibsons for that price mate. What I also realise is that, according to the site, they ARE selling real Gibsons. How hard is it to see that it's a scam rather than a marketing ploy?

And besides, they're not trying to sell it to people like us who know anything about guitars, they're trying to sell it to people who don't have a clue, such as people just starting out.

They're charging decent prices for what they say is Gibson. Epiphone is made by Gibson, obviously they are too dumb to know that so they say "It's a gibson, yes, it has sweet playing abilities." Yeah I think you were just looking at it from a different angle. You were thinking that they're just foreign and don't have a clue what guitar is a Gibson and what isn't a Gibson. But the way everyone else is looking at it, is that they're saying the guitars are Gibson (though they know full well they're not actually Gibson) to scam people.

I think the latter is more believable, seeing as the actual fake guitars have 'Gibson' on them and are obviously trying to fool people into thinking they're real Gibsons. Though you could say that the ones selling them aren't the ones that make them, though still they must realise...
