I've really gotten into smooth jazz lately..unfortunately i don't know many artists who play that style. Right now the only artist I know is Norman Brown. Anyone know any good smooth jazz songs? I realize that there is an artist recommendation thread, but it doesn't state any genres than just plain "jazz".

Try some of Theo Bishop's stuff- anything from his album Newport Nights, maybe Steve Oliver aswell. I think Adrian Corington has a similar sound to Norman Brown if you like that rnb kind of feel.

Errol Garner's 'Misty.' There's a great tab on this site right here:

Pat Metheny - Bright Size Life!

That's hardly smooth jazz...

Threadstarter: Checkout Kenny G, David Sanborn, George Benson's newer stuff as well as Joe Sample's newer stuff.
