Hey, there is one guitarist that I unfortunately have been lacking in my collection, and that is John Scofield. So I want to get some albums by him, cause I've heard him before and he sounds good, but I don't know what albums I should buy that are considered "gold" by Scofield fans.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

oh man there's a bunch but of the top of my head, I'd highly recommend Uberjam, Groove Elation, and both his collaborative efforts with MMW, A Go Go & Out Louder.

There's tons of other stuff by him, which is pretty golden, but these are the ones I can remember right now, mostly 'cos I listen to 'em all the time.

Bump is definetly a good funky album. One of the more listener friendly Sco albums.
