Ive never been in here before, but I am looking for a certain type of blues. I dont know if it has a certain name or classification. Im looking for something like Red House by Jimi Hendrix or Since Ive Been Loving You by Led Zeppelin. Guitar oriented blues music with alot of passion.

EDIT: also, Im looking for intrumentals in this style.

If you like that stuff, try some other blues artists also.

Pre War Blues/Very Raw: (not recommended for a new blues listener.)
Robert Johnson
Son House
Blind Lemon Jefferson
Charley Patton

Delta Blues: (maybe listen to these guys once you start getting into blues more)
Big Bill Broonzy
Muddy Waters
Mississippi Fred McDowell
John Lee Hooker
Willie Dixon
Howlin Wolf
Elmore James
Sonny Boy Williamson

Chicago Blues:
Buddy Guy
BB King
Paul Butterfield Blues Band
Albert King
Freddie King
T-Bone Walker
Otis Rush

Albert Collins
T-Bone Walker
Freddie King
Stevie Ray Vaughn

And All Great other Blues Players:
Johnny Winter
Jimi Hendrix
Duane Allman
Eric Clapton
John Mayer
Doyle Braham II
Derek Trucks Band

All those people are really good.

Check out some Roy Buchanan, he has a lot of great instrumentals and slow blues.. Try songs like 'The messiah will come again' , 'Black autumn' , 'Fly... Night Bird' , 'after hours' for instrumentals. Probably forgotten some stil..

If you want really fancy guitar playing though probably check out some Gary Moore aswell just make sure you get his blues stuff, not his shreddy stuff. Good album to start with is "Still got the blues"
