AC/DC: Genre?

Yeah I'm a huge fan of AC/DC....I consider them hard rock. Yet alot of people are calling them classic rock. What do you people think?

Classic Rock is just a genre assigned to old rock bands and really has nothing to do with anything but time period.
Hard rock sounds about right.
