This is my Second song now. I've ended up writing it twice because the first time around it sounded nothing like what I wanted. Anyway, C4C as usual. Also, Any ideas on what Genre it is?

MIDI's never do justice to anything IMO.
But from I can hear, it's pretty cool!
I like the way you've used the bass for something more than root notes!
:D
Some of the doublestop? type chords sound a bit off.
And sometimes the bass has some sour-notes.
Also being powertab, there's a lack of drums :(!
Overall, 8/10

If i had Gp then i would of added drums, I'll have a look into any off notes, I thought something sounded a bit off, Thanks!

I think you may need to look into rewriting correctly as far as timing and that stuff goes. I don't know you level of playing but I think some lead would make this a lot more interesting. Your rythm at times was kind of akward as well. Keep working with it man.

This is one of those songs where I can't really think of much to say. It's good, though there isn't much substance to it, which is fine, but it is kind of boring. The bass line was nice. There's a lot of openness in the song that leaves room for vocals or drums I suppose. With a bit more work it could sound pretty good.
