My senior year is coming up and I need a quote to put in the year book. I want it to be related to music in some way, whether it's from an artist or from an actual song. A perfect example (one I can't use; a friend already beat me to it :( ) is "None but ourselves can free our minds," which is of course from Bob Marley's Redemption Song.
Can anyone give me a good one?

"Not ask what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country."
I've heard JFK took piano lessons as a child :haha.

More like 'Not ask what you can do for your country, but what your country can do for you.'

"See I think, drugs have some done good things for us. I really do. And if you don't believe drugs have done good things for us. Do me a favor, go home tonight, take all your albums, all your tapes, and all your CDs, and burn them. 'Cause you know what? The musicians who made all that great music that's enhanced your lives throughout the years? Reeeeeeeal ****ing high on drugs."-Bill Hicks
