It's a dance song from the 80's about the war in Vietnam.

When it sarts, this guy is all like: 'In WW2, the average soilder was 25. In Vietnam, he is 19'.

And in the middle of the song, he's like: 'Pygon, pygon, P-p-p-p-p-p-p-pygon'.
