I figured there should probably be a thread dedicated the discussion and fellation of various types of Jazz Fusion, cause there are a lot of jazz fusion artists that in my opinion are pretty good. Rather than creating threads for all of them I figured a thread like this would serve as well.

there's no doubt as to his ability, but if you've heard Erotic Cakes and can still make that statement, you need to rethink some stuff. I had such high expectations from the album, but it was a total let down. Contrived and hackneyed, it was anything but fresh - and keeping it fresh is what jazz fusion is all about IMO.
